WHO WE ARE​
We’re a Trans-owned and Queer operated Production/Distribution film company. We serve the LGBTQIA+ community by telling their stories through groundbreaking, globally distributed work. Our goal is to produce and distribute content that genuinely represents the LGBTQIA+ community while keeping our stories our own, and increasing queer visibility.

Our creative and ambitious works span several genres. We will consider all Queer content no matter the length or genre.. We’ll have a Look at your work and decide if it’s a good fit!
WHY WE DISTRIBUTE
After 10 years of working with big distribution companies and not seeing any profit, we decided to take matters into our own hands. Now, not only are we making money but so are the filmmakers we are representing!

WHAT MATTIOLI PROVIDES
Mattioli Productions is hands on. This means we advise you on every step of the process and tailor each films release to the needs of the client. We want you to succeed!
WHAT TO PROVIDE
Knowing what materials to provide can be complicated but we’ve simplified it. Link with details will be provided.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A WEBSITE?
Websites can be one of the most effective ways to sell your work. We can point you in the direction of any services you may need!

NO CLOSED CAPTIONS?
No problem! There are plenty of services that can offer this for super low rates!

NO KEY ART?
No problem! We have staff available at super low rates!
WILL MATTIOLI PRODUCTIONS OWN MY CONTENT?
We will have very restricted rights! YOU have the control! We’ll take Worldwide Non-Exclusive rights.
NOTE: The film will have to be taken down from YouTube and any other free platforms.

LET'S TALK CONTRACTS!
We work on a NON exclusive contract, which translates to your ability to sell content yourself as well. We only ask for full transparency so we never push the same outlets.

WILL MATTIOLI PRODUCTIONS OWN MY CONTENT?
We will have very restricted rights! YOU have the control! We’ll take Worldwide Non-Exclusive rights.

WHAT IF I NEED TO END MY CONTRACT EARLY?
We get it, things happen! We simply figure out the best course of action for both parties

Non-Exclusive Distribution

HOW WILL I MAKE MONEY?
Net profits would be 40% Mattioli Productions, 60% your company. Most distribution companies have a 50/50 split, so this is in your favor!
OPTION 2
Buy us out! ​
HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
We charge NO overhead costs! Any additional costs will be handled by your team and advised by ours. This is usually minimal, i.e. closed captions, cue sheets, posters... deliverables. Usually distribution companies charge you cost plus a fee in order to make money, but at Mattioli, we just want to make money when we make YOU money. Fair is Fair!

With this option Mattioli will advise you every step of the way via deliverables. Just because it is a buy out does not mean we leave you high and dry. We are a rainbow family!

For a $1,000 fee, Mattioli Productions places your film of 5 platforms.
​
For a $1,500 fee, Mattioli Productions places your film on 10 platforms.
​
For a $2000 fee, Mattioli Productions places your film on 13 platforms.
